- Most areas work 8 h a day, 40 h a week, Monday to Friday (Art. 7.02 and Schedule D), and every hour past the regular day is overtime: use the 5×8 schedule.
- Shift premium
- 14.29% of the rate on every hour worked on shift.
- Vacation and stat holiday pay
- 4% vacation pay and 6% holiday pay on top of wages, taxed with them.
