What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Maintenance (NMA / GPMA): turnarounds and oil sands rotations. 6% + 4% always; read the stub).
- Maintenance (NMA / GPMA): turnarounds and oil sands rotations. The paid meal half hour on an ordinary overtime day isn't added: add ½ h to the day if you took it. Inside a rotation shift a break count pays ½ h at your wage and nothing more.
- Construction, industrial (ECAA). On the off Friday of a 4×10 a missed break is paid at double here, the agreement's applicable rate is time and a half.
Enter your own hours in the Electrician Cheque app: it applies these rates, the overtime and holiday rules, dues and tax, and keeps a year of cheques. Free for a month.
A number on this page is wrong? Report a wrong rate: it opens the app's feedback box with this page named, no email needed.
Between jobs? Open the call-out board: every public union hall call-out in one place, rebuilt every night.
Your agreement isn't here? Send us your agreement from the app's Settings tab. If the app doesn't have it yet, you get a free year when it's added.
