- Overtime
- Overtime, general rule 21.02 1) a): 'La première heure supplémentaire de la semaine entraîne une majoration du taux de salaire de 50 %, alors que la majoration du taux de salaire passe à 100 % à compter de la deuxième heure': only the first overtime hour of the WEEK is time and a half (a Saturday hour counts if it comes first), every other overtime hour is double, and Sunday and holiday work is double from the first hour (21.02 1) b)).

- Overtime premiums are computed on the Annexe B rate, not B-2 (21.02 2)): a time-and-a-half hour pays the B-2 rate plus half the B rate, a double hour the B-2 rate plus the B rate.
