Vacation pay 11% of gross earnings, paid weekly and doubled on overtime pay (11.1(A); rate sheet '11% of hourly'). 11.1(A) adds 'Also, Statutory Holiday pay will be included in the weekly pay cheque, when it is applicable': the agreement doesn't set the amount and the calculator doesn't add it, so in a holiday week add it from your stub. Under New Brunswick's Employment Standards Act it is a regular day's pay for the eight paid public holidays (New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, New Brunswick Day, Labour Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas; not Victoria Day, Thanksgiving or Boxing Day) when you've been employed 90 calendar days in the past 12 months and worked your scheduled days before and after (GNB).
