What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Industrial (CLRS provincial agreement). The $3 shift premium is left out of the 4.5% base (13.5¢ an hour on a shift).
- Maintenance (Appendix B, $0.75 under base rates). The calculator pays every holiday hour at time and a half. Sunday is double (8:02). A weather make-up day is straight time up to 40 h, then time and a half.
- Maintenance (Appendix B, $0.75 under base rates). The $3 shift premium is left out of the 4.5% base (13.5¢ an hour on a shift).
